Want to Sell Your Home Quickly? Start with Some Fresh Mulch
If are you preparing to sell your home, one of the first things you should do, and one of the more easy tasks, is to “freshen” your beds, and other landscaped areas. Mulching your beds is relatively inexpensive, and is a do-it-yourself task, if you choose. Of course, you can always hire someone to do it too!
When you add mulch to your beds, or mulch for the first-time, what your potential buyers will see is a vibrant display of color. Those plantings in the mulched beds will be showcased against the backdrop of a rich-colored mulch or brown, or black, depending on what color/type of mulch you choose.
The video below addresses some of the mistakes you can make when mulching your beds, so you can do it right the first time. The video also helps to explain how to correct mistakes you may have made in the past, keeping your plantings healthy, and your home looking fantastic.
The video below also offers some great suggestions for tools to make the job easier, and you will find links below the video for those tools.
